Privacy policy.
Last updated — October 13, 2026This policy covers codeinmotion.site and the Code In Motion service, which are operated by BlueGrey (“BlueGrey”, “we”).
What we collect
Your name and email, your brief and video specifications, links to brand assets you share, the Videos we make for you, correspondence with us, and aggregate, privacy-friendly usage analytics for codeinmotion.site. When you pay, PayPal tells us that your payment succeeded; we never receive your card details.
When, and only when, you submit the contact or order form, we also record technical details alongside your message: your IP address, the city and country it resolves to, and your browser’s timezone. We use these to spot spam and to know which timezone to reply in. Simply browsing the site does not trigger this.
How we use it
To make and deliver your Video, run repairs, communicate about your order, and occasionally share studio news, with an opt-out in every message. We do not sell data, ever, and we do not use your brief or brand assets to promote Code In Motion without your permission.
Your brief stays private
Briefs and brand assets are accessible only to BlueGrey staff bound by confidentiality and to the generative models needed to produce your Video. They are never shared with anyone else or used to build competing work. Portfolio pieces are published only with the client’s permission.
Generative model providers
To make your Video, the Director sends the relevant parts of your brief, script and brand assets to the model providers that generate each element: Google (Veo and Nano Banana Pro), ByteDance (Seedance), ElevenLabs (voice), Suno (music), OpenAI (GPT-6 Astra and GPT Image 2.5) and Anthropic (Fable 5.1 and Claude Opus 5.5). Each processes that data under its own API terms and privacy policy.
Other processors
Form submissions are delivered to Google (Apps Script and Sheets). Payments are processed by PayPal. Your console uses Supabase for accounts and messages. The IP lookup described in section 1 is performed by ipwho.is, which receives your IP address at the moment you submit. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel.
Retention
We keep delivered Videos and their briefs so we can run repairs and re-send files. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Briefs that never become orders are deleted on request, or automatically after 24 months.
Cookies
Minimal and functional: session preferences and aggregate analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no dark patterns.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@codeinmotion.site. We respond within 30 days.
