The service

BlueGrey (“BlueGrey”, “we”) operates Code In Motion, a video generation engine available at codeinmotion.site, which produces AI-generated videos, including product launch videos, teasers, promos and explainers (“Videos”), from briefs you submit. Videos are planned, generated, verified and assembled by our Director pipeline using third-party generative models and tools, including Veo, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Suno, GPT-6 Astra, Fable 5.1, Claude Opus 5.5, GPT Image 2.5, Nano Banana Pro, Remotion and Hyperframes.

Briefs & brand assets

We keep your brief and brand assets private and use them only to make and repair your Video. Parts of them are necessarily sent to the generative models used to produce it, and those providers process them under their own API terms.

Pricing & credits

Videos are delivered in Full HD (1080p), horizontal 16:9 or vertical 9:16, and priced at $2 per second of finished video. Credits are seconds of finished video and are purchased upfront. The minimum purchase is 15 seconds. Prices are those shown at the time you order. Scripting, storyboarding, voiceover, music, verification and one repair loop are included in the per-second price.

Introductory offer

New customers receive 50% off their first 3 Videos. The discount covers up to 180 seconds per Video; seconds beyond that are charged at the standard rate. The offer applies once per customer, cannot be combined with other discounts and has no cash value. We may change or end the offer for new customers at any time; orders already paid are unaffected.

Payment

All payments are made upfront through PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms. Production begins once your payment has cleared. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Videos are delivered as Full HD MP4 files at the length and aspect ratio ordered. Our target delivery time is 3–5 hours from cleared payment. It is a target, not a guarantee, and longer or more complex Videos may take longer.

Repairs

Each order includes one complimentary repair loop. After delivery you may request changes to the delivered Video, such as specific shots, lines, music or timing, and we will regenerate and re-verify the affected parts. A change of concept or an increase in length is a new order. Additional repair loops are available on request.

Licence & ownership

Once your order is paid in full, we assign to you all rights we hold in the final delivered Video and you may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial release, advertising and broadcast. Brand assets you supply remain yours. We will only show your Video in our portfolio or marketing with your permission.

Your content & acceptable use

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you supply, including logos, product imagery, footage, voice samples and trademarks. We do not generate the likeness or voice of a real, identifiable person without their documented consent, or use trademarks you do not own or have rights to.

We may decline any brief that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, intended to mislead voters or impersonate anyone, or that would breach the usage policies of the models we use. If we decline a brief after payment, we refund it in full.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI models and verified by our pipeline, but may still contain imperfections. Please review every Video before you publish it. Some platforms and jurisdictions require synthetic media to be labelled, and you are responsible for complying with the rules where you publish.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BlueGrey’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@codeinmotion.site.
